Brief introduction
This equipment is a patented device for processing acidic gases generated during chemical production and electroplating acid pickling of metals.
The treatment method is to use a purification tower and supporting equipment for wet spraying, and the emissions meet the standard of "Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants GB16297-1996".
2、 Process composition
This system consists of multi-stage purification towers, fans, water pumps, exhaust pipes, etc. According to different conditions, different equipment combinations can be designed, and PLC control and automatic control instruments can be used according to user requirements to monitor the working status throughout the process, issue alarms for exceeding standards, and achieve automated management.
3、 Working principle
This device uses sodium hydroxide solution as the absorption neutralizing solution to purify exhaust gas. The gas enters the multi-stage purification tower under the suction of the centrifugal fan, and the alkali solution sprayed from the nozzle in the purification tower comes into contact with the gas, causing a neutralization reaction. According to different exhaust gas parameters, one or multiple stages of purification can be used. If the temperature is too high, cooling measures can be taken before entering the purification tower for treatment. The purified gas that meets the standards is discharged into the atmosphere.
4、 Selection instructions
This system needs to be designed based on the gas composition, flow rate, concentration, temperature and other indicators provided by the user. If the user is not familiar with the above indicators, they can describe the workflow before exhaust emissions clearly, and our company's designers will make the selection.
5、 Applicable fields
Widely used in gas purification processes in various fields such as chemical engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, metallurgy, industrial production, electroplating and acid washing, the main harmful gases treated are sulfuric acid mist, hydrochloric acid mist, chromic acid mist, nitric acid mist (yellow smoke), phosphoric acid mist, hydrofluoric acid mist, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen fluoride, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, etc.
