The magnetic flip column level gauge consists of a body (composed of upper and lower conduits), a flip plate box (composed of red and white dual color magnetic flip plates), a float (composed of a magnet, top rod, and float), and a level transmitter. Its structure is shown in the figure. The working principle is that the float inside the container (developed according to different media and pressures) floats up and down in the lower conduit with the change of liquid level height, and the magnet moves up and down in the upper conduit through the top rod, causing the flipping column outside the body to flip and indicate the liquid level height with red and white colors. At the same time, the liquid level transmitter transmits the liquid level signal to the control center for liquid level indication and control, and can also be centrally monitored through a computer.
1. When the side opening of the container is not suitable and there is little space around the container, this type of liquid level gauge can be installed on the upper or lower part of the container

Instructions for selecting electric remote magnetic flap level gauge:
1. The nominal pressure of anti-corrosion type is ≤ 1.0MPa.
2. There is a certain blind spot in the liquid level gauge, so compensation for the blind spot value should be added when reading the liquid level height (when our liquid level gauge leaves the factory, the zero position of the scale has been moved to the actual value).
3. The measuring range of the liquid level gauge should not exceed 5 meters, otherwise it will affect the stability, reliability, and fastness of the liquid level gauge.
4. Install the connecting flange, and refer to the commonly used protrusion size reference (HG21592-97) for manufacturing this level gauge at the factory.
