Process flow: Mixing materials→Feeding→stir→foaming→Extrusion→Fixed diameter cutting→Zhan Ping→wrap→finished product

Firstly, the raw materials such as polyethylene are mixed evenly and fed into a hopper. They are then melted and mixed by an extruder with a large aspect ratio. At the same time, foaming gas and melted monoglycerides are injected at high pressure in the middle of the extruder, and mixed evenly with the already melted and mixed plastic. The foam sheet (film) product is extruded and formed by the head and die, cooled, pulled, flattened, and wrapped.
