Easy to read designThe direct reading scale line eliminates the trouble of conversion. The scale lines are printed on the aluminum plate and covered with epoxy resin on the surface. The indicator tube is marked with scale lines on both sides. The special overall flow guiding groove can prevent the float from being damaged or drifting when disturbed. Against a white background, the float is clearly visible.

Structural assurance accuracyAll Rate Master @ flow meters are injection molded from sturdy, transparent, and shatter resistant polycarbonate plastic, surrounding a precision manufactured cone tube. This makes it highly accurate and has good repeatability. The integrated plastic body is fixed on the stainless steel back plate, and its pipe threads are welded to absorb the torque of the pipeline. In addition, brass or stainless steel (indicate BV or SSV when ordering) precision metering valves can be used for precise flow adjustment. When using vacuum, a top valve (TMV should be specified) can be selected for RMA type. The small RMA series can be accurate to ± 4% of the full range; The RMB series can be accurate to ± 3%; The large RMC series can be precise to ± 2%.

Easy installationThe Rate Master flowmeter can be installed on the panel using the connector holes on the main body, and the flowmeter can be neatly passed through the panel to keep the center of the flow tube at the same level. When installing through the panel, the angled angle can automatically fix the instrument in the appropriate position on the panel, and the surface installation part can also be fixed through pipeline installation. Universal bodyThe main body of the Rate Master flowmeter can be easily interchanged by simply removing the main body from the back plate and sealing it with another O-ring at the inlet and outlet, without affecting the pipeline. In laboratories or factories, interchangeability is very useful and convenient when the required range is different.

Easy to cleanSimply loosen the four screws to remove the plastic tube of the flowmeter from the stainless steel back plate, without affecting the connection of the tube thread. Open the slide and plug, clean the flow tube with water and soap, and then reinstall it. It's that simple.
