The dust collector of the crusher uses a centrifugal fan to create a negative pressure zone at the dust seal cover, which sucks the dust into the dust collector. The pulse bag filter is equipped with a dust removal bag. When the dusty gas passes through the filter bag, the dust is blocked and separated, and the purified gas is discharged through the fan.

The dust on the surface of the dust removal bag is blown away by the electromagnetic pulse valve, causing it to fall off the filter bag. Compressed air injection is automatically controlled by PLC, without the need for manual control, which is the main feature of filter bags. Pulse bag filters are not only used for crushing, but also for dust control in various industries. Obtained good dust removal effect and met the design requirements.
