2、 The working principle of the dust collector in the carving factory is that the dust generated during the carving process enters the filtering chamber through the air inlet. The dust containing gas is filtered through the filter bag into static gas and enters the clean air chamber. After passing through the exhaust port of the clean air chamber, it is discharged by the fan. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the bag filter to constantly rise. In order to ensure that the equipment resistance does not exceed 1200Pa and the dust collector in the carving factory can continue to work, it is necessary to regularly remove the dust on the filter bag. Dust cleaning is a process in which the pulse valve is activated by the program controller in a timed sequence to compress air (0.5~0.7MPa) inside the air bag. The compressed air (referred to as primary air) is then blown out through the holes of the blowing tube and induced into the filter bag through the Venturi tube. The surrounding air (referred to as secondary air), which is several times the primary air, rapidly expands in an instant and is shaken off by the opposite direction of the airflow, achieving the purpose of dust cleaning.
