FSD dual lean oxygen burner
In order to ensure the stable operation of the combustion system, boiler and control system, Fushide Boiler has developed and put into operation its own brand of FSD dual lean oxygen ultra-low nitrogen burner. The burner adopts unique dual injection and staged combustion technology to achieve dual oxygen poor internal circulation of flue gas in the furnace, without external flue gas recirculation pipes, no condensation water corrosion, no reduction in boiler output, safe and reliable, with emissions less than 30mg/m³.
Dual lean oxygen technology
1、Using the siphon principle, mix the flue gas in the furnace with fresh air.
2、The special head structure design allows both stages of flames to mix and burn with the flue gas inside the furnace.
Graded combustion technology:
Divide the gas pipeline into two paths, and control the gas volume separately with servo motors to accurately control the load of each stage of flame, making combustion more complete and flame more stable.
Advantages of FSD series burners
Do not reduce the boiler output.
No need for external flue gas recirculation pipes, no additional occupation of internal space in the boiler room, simple installation.
For some special furnace types and furnace types whose original structure has been changed, FGR interfaces are reserved, which can also be covered and have wider applicability.
Generally, the size of the head opening can be directly installed without changing the original furnace structure of the boiler.
No condensation water, will not cause corrosion to the burner and boiler body, and improve the service life of the equipment.
The fully Chinese control system is easy to operate and can quickly train non professionals to master debugging and use.
