Usage method

1. According to the different conditions of the raw water, a small test can be conducted before use to determine the optimal dosage. For ease of calculation, the small test solution is prepared according to the weight to volume ratio, generally 2-5% is better. If a 3% solution is prepared, weigh 3g of PAC and add it to a clean 200ml measuring cylinder. Add about 50ml of clean water, dissolve it, and then dilute it with water to the 100ml mark. Shake well.

2. Matching ratio: Mix and dissolve water at a ratio of about 1:5, then dilute with water to a solution of 2-3%. Solutions below 1% are prone to hydrolysis, which can reduce the effectiveness of use, and high concentrations can cause waste.

3. Main dosage of medication: The medication should be added according to the optimal dosage obtained, and attention should be paid to observation and adjustment during operation. If there are few alum flowers and large residual turbidity in the sedimentation tank, the dosage should be too low. If there are large and upward turning alum flowers and high residual turbidity in the sedimentation tank, the dosage should be adjusted appropriately.

4. This product is suitable for all water treatment facilities, including all large water treatment equipment. The dosage of polyaluminum chloride agent should be added according to the calculated dosage, and attention should be paid to observation and adjustment during operation. If there are few alum flowers and large residual turbidity in the sedimentation tank, it indicates that the dosage is too small and needs to be increased. If there are large and upward turning alum flowers and high residual turbidity, it indicates that the dosage is too large and should be reduced during the next addition process.
