Purpose:
This machine is used for heat sealing and hot cutting bag making of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), low-density polyethylene (LDPE) cylindrical natural color and color printed plastic films, and is the most ideal equipment for producing vest bags (vest bags)

Production printing and natural color vest bags, using PLC control and dual servo (stepper) motors to determine the length. The feeding, sealing, bag cutting, punching, and conveying are completed in one go. The automated integrated machine is easy to operate and has high economic benefits.

Performance and characteristics
1. The design of the sealing and cutting knife is reasonable, and it is convenient to clean and replace the adhesive tape.
2. Imported photoelectric tracking, accurate and stable, automatic shutdown for lost labels.
3. The whole machine is controlled by a microcomputer, with a stepper motor for material dragging and automatic counting. The number of stacked sheets can be set arbitrarily, and the machine will automatically discharge the entire material without stopping after reaching the set number.
4. Using material blocking photoelectric technology to automatically shut down if there is material blocking or no discharge.
