compressor
We use semi enclosed screw compressors from Italy's Lefcon, Japan's Shengang, Taiwan's Fusheng, and Hanzhong, as well as original imported twin-screw series compressors. Twin screw 5:6 gear ratio and advanced linear design, energy-saving and efficient.
Efficient active valve energy control, achieving graded or stepless energy control. Balanced design ensures ultra quiet and smooth operation.
Strict handling of moving parts, special oil balance block design for exhaust, long maintenance cycle, and over 40000 hours of fault free operation.
Efficient oil separator, with an exhaust oil output of less than 1.5%, effectively improves heat exchange between the two exchangers, making it more energy-efficient and durable.
New high-efficiency evaporator
Kobe, Japan's high-efficiency internally threaded copper tube enhances heat transfer efficiency and is more energy-efficient.
Using CAD/CAM design and processing technology, CNC machining centers are used to complete the production, with a compact structure, small size, and durability. The U-shaped heat exchange tube bundle can be removed as a whole to clean the internal scale, which is convenient for maintenance and repair.
Dry evaporator, convenient for oil return, improves compressor life and system reliability.
Condenser
Made of high-efficiency external threaded copper pipes in Kobe, Japan, with high heat dissipation and compact size.
Using the latest CAD/CAM design and processing technology, combined with CNC machining center production, the structure is compact and highly reliable. Beautiful appearance, efficient and energy-saving.
Microprocessor control system
Industrial grade PLC unit centralized control, combined with the adjustable system of the compressor, can timely and accurately control the matching of the cooling capacity and cooling load of the unit, ensuring efficient operation of the unit and reducing operating costs. Internally integrated with multiple safety protection and treatment functions such as water cut-off, low temperature, high and low pressure, antifreeze, phase loss, delayed start, reverse phase, overload, motor overheating, oil pressure difference, etc. Full Chinese operation interface, menu style prompts, allowing for arbitrary setting of unit operation status, and a home appliance based operating environment.
Easy to install
(1) Safe and balanced operation, minimal vibration, and simple installation;
(2) The unit has a compact structure, small footprint, light weight, and is easy to transport;
(3) The control interface directly displays the fault content, which facilitates timely understanding and troubleshooting of the fault
(4) Before leaving the factory, various performance tests are completed, refrigerant and lubricating oil are filled, and wiring is completed. Customers only need to connect the inlet and outlet pipes and power supply to operate, reducing installation time and costs.
Reliable operation
1) The unit is equipped with multiple safety protection measures to ensure its normal operation.
2) The unit is equipped with single and double circuit designs to meet customers' different choices. When a single compressor of a dual circuit configuration unit malfunctions, the other compressor can still operate normally without affecting customer use.
3) The motor adopts the world's advanced Japanese PTC thermal protection, which provides more sensitive and reliable protection
4) All units undergo 100% testing through a safety inspection system before leaving the factory to ensure that their performance meets the standards.
Special design
(1) The unit can flexibly design the external dimensions according to the conditions of the computer room, and can be shipped in pieces and assembled on site.
(2) Multiple refrigerant options are available, and the unit can provide refrigerant media such as R22, R407C, R134a, etc.
(3) We can produce units with different power supply standards according to the power supply of different countries and regions. We can also customize water-cooled screw chillers and various high-voltage non-standard units such as anti-corrosion and saltwater according to user requirements.
Industrial screw chiller:
We can provide 5-15 ℃ chilled water or use ethylene glycol solution as a refrigerant. We can provide -5~+5 ℃ process chilled water solution, which can be used as a process cold source for ice storage, low-temperature air supply, central air conditioning, and other production processes. At the same time, according to user requirements, the unit can be specially designed to provide large temperature difference chillers (with an inlet and outlet water temperature difference of 8-15 ℃). Or higher than the water temperature unit (outlet temperature 15 ℃~25 ℃). The cooling capacity ranges from 94KW to 3360KW.
Medium temperature screw chiller unit:
The outlet temperature ranges from -5 ℃ to -45 ℃, and an imported semi closed screw compressor unit (with an economizer) is used; We can provide low-temperature ethylene glycol solution or saline solution ranging from -5 ℃ to -45 ℃. Can be used as a cold source for processes such as chemical, pharmaceutical, cold storage, and ice rinks. The cooling capacity ranges from 55KW to 2000KW.
Low temperature screw chiller unit:
The outlet temperature is -45 ℃ to -110 ℃, and it can provide -45 ℃ to -110 ℃ alcohol or calcium chloride aqueous solution frozen water; Adopting binary or ternary cascade screw refrigeration systems. Features such as high energy efficiency and stable operation.
