Product Introduction
Domestic sewage treatment equipment in highway service areaThe A/O biological treatment process is adopted, with Class A being anaerobic biological treatment. Aerobic microorganisms use organic carbon sources as electron donors to convert NO2-N and NO3-N in wastewater into N2 for denitrification, thereby eliminating nitrogen eutrophication pollution and removing some organic matter. O-grade is aerobic biological treatment, which aims to further oxidize and decompose organic matter, while allowing nitrification to proceed smoothly when carbonization is approaching completion. In O-grade tanks, aerobic microorganisms and autotrophic bacteria (nitrifying bacteria) are mainly present. Aerobic microorganisms decompose organic matter into CO2 and H2O; Autotrophic bacteria (nitrifying bacteria) can convert NH3-N in wastewater into NO2-N and NO3-N. The effluent from the O-grade pool flows back to the A-grade pool, providing an electron acceptor for the A-grade pool and ultimately eliminating nitrogen pollution through nitrification.
Design features:
1、 The MJC series of domestic sewage treatment equipment is buried below the surface, and the surface above the equipment can be used for greening or other purposes without the need for building houses, heating, or insulation.
2、 The A/O biological treatment process adopts push flow biological contact oxidation, which has a better treatment effect than fully mixed or two-stage series fully mixed biological contact oxidation tanks. And it has a smaller volume than activated sludge tanks, strong adaptability to water quality, good shock load resistance, stable effluent quality, and will not cause sludge expansion. A new type of elastic three-dimensional packing material is used in the pool, with a large specific surface area and easy biofilm formation and detachment by microorganisms. Under the same organic load conditions, it has a high removal rate of organic matter and can improve the solubility of oxygen in the air in water.
3、 The A/O tank adopts biological contact oxidation, which has a relatively low volume load of the filling material. Microorganisms are in the self oxidation stage, resulting in low sludge production. It only takes more than three months (90 days) to discharge the sludge (transported by fecal trucks).
4The blower used in this equipment not only adopts conventional noise reduction measures (such as vibration isolation pads and mufflers), but also installs a noise reduction device at the entrance of the room to ensure that the noise level during equipment operation is less than 50db (decibels) of A-level, which meets the requirements of quiet communities and has little impact on the surrounding environment.
5The deodorization method of this buried domestic sewage treatment equipment not only uses conventional high-altitude exhaust, but also includes soil removal measures.
6The entire equipment processing system is equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system and an equipment failure and damage alarm system, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Ordinary people do not need dedicated personnel to manage the equipment, but only need to maintain and upkeep it in a timely manner.
