1、 Purpose:
The petroleum product distillation range tester is a specialized testing instrument designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the national standard GB/T 255-64 "Determination of Distillation Range of Petroleum Products" for petroleum and petroleum product testing methods. It complies with the various provisions of SH/T 0121 "Technical Conditions for Petroleum Product Distillation Range Determination Devices". Suitable for determining the fraction composition of engine fuels, solvent oils, and light petroleum products.
2、 Technical indicators
1. Working power supply: AC 220V ± 10%, 50Hz.
2. Distillation flask: made of hard glass, heat-resistant above 500 ℃. The diameter of the bottle body is Ø 69 ± 1mm, the neck of the bottle body is Ø 16 ± 1mm thick, and the branch pipe and neck form an angle of 75 °± 3 °.
3. Temperature gauge: 0~360 ℃, with a division of 1 ℃, in compliance with the technical specifications for distillation thermometers in the national standard GB514 "Technical Conditions for Liquid Thermometers for Petroleum Product Testing".
4. Condensation tank bracket: The condensation tank consists of a water tank, condensation pipes, and inlet and outlet joints. The condensation pipes are refined with ф 16 × 1 stainless steel pipes, with a smooth inner surface and a 15 ° inclination angle with the horizontal plane. The length of the condensation pipe, measured from the lower part of the outer surface, is 555 ± 3mm. The outlet is in a circular arc shape, and the height of the outlet joint is not less than 10mm higher than the upper end of the condensation pipe to ensure good cooling effect.
5. Heating thermostat: continuously adjustable from 0 to 1200W, with adjustable heating rate.
