The disc feeder machine consists of a driving device, a feeder body, a measuring belt conveyor, and a measuring device. The feeder and belt conveyor are driven by a set of driving devices, and the electromagnetic clutch of the driving device has the function of realizing the opening, stopping, and functional conversion of the feeder.
There are two models of disc feeding machines, DB is a closed structure that is dustproof and dust-proof, but the adjustment and operation are all inside the closed shell, which is not intuitive enough. DK is an open structure suitable for materials with low dust content, and its operation and adjustment are intuitive and clear.
According to the scale of mineral processing and operating system, corresponding models of ore feeders are proposed to be manufactured by our company's production plant. The motor can be changed to a speed regulating motor, which requires special ordering.
