1. According to the requirements of SH/T0103 and ASTM D6278, the diesel nozzle shear stability tester is used to shear the finished oil or thickening agent, and the shear stability of polymer containing oil is measured by the change in viscosity.

2. The accuracy of using this instrument to test standard samples is ≥ 98%. The testing method uses standard oil provided by the manufacturer for one experiment, and the viscosity decrease value meets the requirements of SH/T0103-92 between 2.75-2.85.

3. Requirements for repeatability error of instruments: The difference between two test results obtained by the same operator using the same instrument to repeatedly measure the same sample under the same operating conditions cannot exceed 1.05%

4. The nozzle used in the instrument adopts the Bosch DN 8 S 2 needle plug nozzle imported from Germany.

5. Diesel dual plunger injection pump: Bosch PE2A90 imported from Germany

6. Pressure gauge: imported shock resistant 0-40MPa

7. Temperature gauge: display accuracy ± 0.1 ℃.

8. Equipped with a time relay to control the working time of the diesel dual plunger injection pump.

9. Users can customize a low-temperature circulating water cooling system according to their needs, with a temperature range of ± 5 ℃.
