HM-60G Hartmann Grindability Index Tester
1、 Product Overview:
The HM-60G Hartmann Grindability Index Tester for coal is a re optimized design based on the CHK-60 model, without changing its technical parameters and main structure. It adds a push type bowl lifting mechanism to the body and bottom of the grinding bowl, and uses an electronic digital speed controller to solve the heavy labor of manually holding the bowl during operation, and improves the reliability of the tester, making it an updated product.
2、 Product Usage:
The Hastelloy Grindability Index Tester for Coal is an instrument specifically designed to measure the grindability of bituminous and anthracite coal. The measurement results are represented by the Hartmann Grindability Index, with a higher index indicating easier grinding. The measurement results of this instrument can accurately reflect the difficulty level of coal grinding, providing a basis for the design and operation of coal mills.
This instrument has a compact structure and is easy to use, widely used in industries such as coal, electricity, metallurgy, and chemical engineering.3、 Instrument features:
This instrument is specifically designed to determine the difficulty of coal grinding into powder.
■ Speed: 20 ±. 5R/min, better than the national standard.
■ Maximum operating speed: 60 ± 0.25r
Working power supply (V): 220V ± 10%
Silent rotation.
The grinding pot is made of imported steel.4、 Working principle and structural features:
1. The working principle of the Hastelloy analyzer is based on the law of grinding, which states that the energy consumed by grinding coal powder is proportional to the new surface area generated by the coal powder. The prepared coal samples within the particle size range are then ground in the Hastelloy analyzer, screened, weighed, compared, and calibrated to determine the grindability index.
2. The structure of the Hastelloy apparatus mainly consists of an upper bowl mechanism, transmission gears, grinding rings and bowls, motors, and a speed controller.5、 Instrument operation:
Before starting work, a trial run should be conducted to check whether the operation is normal, whether the speed controller and automatic shutdown device are sensitive and reliable, to ensure automatic stop at 60 ± 0.25 revolutions.
Clean the grinding bowl, grinding ring, and steel balls, and distribute the steel balls as evenly as possible inside the grinding bowl.
Weigh 50 ± 0.1 grams of coal sample with a particle size of 0.63-1.25mm, evenly distribute it in the grinding bowl, and level the surface. Sweep the coal sample that falls on the raised part of the grinding bowl and the ball around the steel ball.
