The touch screen design of the design is easy to operate, and the controller has the characteristics of being movable and controlling multiple tanks simultaneously. Breaking through the traditional lateral arrangement of peristaltic pumps, INFORS' four peristaltic pumps adopt a lateral arrangement, which is the result of INFORS' long-term experience accumulation. Because there is a possibility of pump tube rupture in peristaltic pumps during long-term operation, the lateral arrangement of peristaltic pump system can avoid the impact of liquid leakage on the pump head; At the same time, the detachable pump head can disassemble four pump heads at once, saving operation time and simplifying pump tube disassembly and assembly work.

Mixing design
*A high torque mixing motor and matching mixing blade design ensure good mixing effect even in a high viscosity material or a relatively dry state of the material;
*Spiral stirring blades are used to mix materials and move fermented materials layer by layer;
*The combination of anchor type agitator and spiral agitator can achieve the effect of scraping the wall;
*The bottom stirring blade is used to stir the bottom material and move it up;
*Blade type agitator is used for mixing and shearing materials.

Solid packing port design
A solid filling port with a diameter of approximately 4cm is located at the lid of the tank for easy feeding.

Excellent temperature control
Dual level temperature control, with temperature sensors installed inside the tank and at the jacket water flow point to prevent overheating at the center of the tank, ensuring that the temperature and enzyme activity (fermentation is a process that requires enzyme degradation) are not damaged.

*Temperature control range: Cooling water temperature+5 ℃~60 ℃, control accuracy ± 0.1 ℃. The temperature control inside the tank is controlled by a water jacket, with a jacket area not less than 70% of the tank surface area. The water inside the jacket is forced to circulate continuously in a closed loop through the main circulation pump during the operation of the bioreactor.
*PH detection range: 2.00-12.00pH, PID automatic control, control accuracy ± 0.01.
*PO2 detection range: 0% -100%, PID automatic control, control accuracy ± 0.1%.
