The DZ500 double chamber vacuum packaging machine is a wholesale product from multiple mechanical manufacturers. It features vacuum pumping and one-time sealing functions, with the vacuum degree adjusted by a time potentiometer setting switch and the sealing temperature adjusted in five levels. The sealing temperature is achieved by varying the heating voltage of the transformer, and the heat sealing time is controlled by a digital display time relay.

This machine has two vacuum chambers that work alternately. The vacuum chamber is made of stainless steel, and both the upper and lower working chambers are made of stainless steel material. The structure is reasonable, the air tightness is good, the appearance is durable, and it meets the requirements of food hygiene and anti-corrosion. The upper working chamber is equipped with a set of hot press sealing devices and adopts a balanced structure, which can stay at any position and has buffer protection. Operation steps

1. Connect the power supply
2. Turn on the power switch and set the vacuum time according to the requirements of the vacuum packaging.
3. Set the sealing temperature and sealing time based on the material of the vacuum bag.
4. Place the product onto the sealing strip.
5. Press down the vacuum cover to start vacuuming, and another vacuum chamber begins to place the product.
6. After reaching a certain degree of vacuum, enter the sealing process.
7. After sealing, enter the cooling state, then release the air, and the packaging is completed.
8. Press the vacuum cover towards another vacuum chamber to start another vacuum cycle.
