Brief introduction
The DSP-VF1400 high-temperature vacuum box type atmosphere furnace uses silicon carbon rods as heating elements, adopts a three-layer shell structure and a Japanese Shimada 40 segment program temperature control system, with phase-shift triggering and thyristor control. The furnace is made of Japanese imported alumina polycrystalline fiber material, and the inner and outer chambers are equipped with an air cooling system, which can quickly raise and lower the temperature. The shell is sealed as a whole, and the cover plate and furnace door are sealed with high-temperature silicone O-rings. The furnace door is equipped with a water cooling system, and the gas enters from the rear chamber after passing through the flowmeter. After passing through the furnace, it is discharged through the outlet valve at the furnace door. This furnace can be sintered under vacuum. It has a KF25 quick connect interface on the side, which can be connected to a vacuum pump. The exhaust port of the vacuum pump is equipped with a smoke filter, and the exhaust port is equipped with a dust filter; And equipped with corrugated tubes, vacuum pumps (metal tubes connecting the furnace and vacuum), KF25 quick clamps, vacuum baffle valves, imported resistance vacuum gauges, etc. The furnace has a small vacuum degree of less than 5Pa and can also be supplied with protective gases such as hydrogen, argon, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide, ammonia decomposition gas, etc. The furnace has the advantages of small volume, balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rate, energy saving, etc. It is an ideal product for atmosphere protection sintering and atmosphere reduction in universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises.
2、 Technical features
1. The sealing of this furnace adopts glove box technology, which has a very good sealing effect and can be used under vacuum or atmosphere. When vacuuming and maintaining pressure, it can ensure that the pressure gauge pointer does not deflect within 5 hours,
2. Software control system: The furnace is controlled by P93 instruments, each with a heating zone, and is equipped with communication interfaces and software. Various parameters of the furnace can be directly controlled through a computer, and the temperature display of the furnace and the operation of the instruments can be observed from the computer. The actual heating curve of the furnace will be drawn in real time by the computer, and the data can be saved and retrieved at any time.
3. Open lid protection system: The furnace is equipped with a travel switch, which automatically cuts off the power when the furnace lid is opened, effectively ensuring the safety of the user.
4. Sealing system: The top cover and door of the furnace (welded elsewhere) are both sealed with silicone O-rings, which are easy to remove, can be removed repeatedly, have good air tightness, and can ensure that the pressure gauge pointer does not deflect for 8 hours.
5. Vacuum system: It can pre evacuate the atmosphere box furnace to accelerate the cleaning of the air inside the furnace.
6. Furnace material: Imported from Japan, it does not shed powder, has good insulation performance, high reflectivity, balanced temperature field, and strong resistance to thermal expansion and contraction.
7. Heating element: All use Dia14mm heating rods, with low surface load and long service life.
8. Leakage protection function: The furnace is equipped with a leakage air switch, which automatically cuts off power when the furnace body leaks electricity to ensure safety during use.
9. Gas supply system: The furnace is equipped with a float flowmeter, and customers can control the gas flow rate through the float flowmeter or proton flowmeter.
10. Vacuum pump: VRD-16 vacuum pump is used.
11. (Optional) Explosion proof system: The explosion-proof system consists of solenoid valves, microcomputers, pressure displays and transmitters, 24V power supplies, AC contactors, etc. The pressure inside the furnace is converted into an electrical signal through pressure display and transmitter, and transmitted to the microcomputer. The microcomputer compares it with the set value and then gives a signal to control the AC contactor, thereby controlling the on/off of the solenoid valve. When the pressure inside the furnace exceeds the allowable pressure we set, the solenoid valve immediately opens, playing an explosion-proof role. We have installed an exhaust pipe on the solenoid valve, and users can connect the pipe to discharge the gas outdoors
3、 This explosion-proof system has many advantages:
(1) Reusable: When the pressure is greater than the set value, the solenoid valve opens, and when the pressure is lower than the set value, the solenoid valve closes. Unlike mechanical * *, it cannot be used after one explosion.
(2) Adjustable setting value: Users can adjust the opening pressure of the solenoid valve according to their needs through a microcomputer
(3) The explosion-proof point is very sensitive: due to the use of microcomputers and electrical signals, it will explode immediately when the pressure reaches the explosion-proof point
(4) Explosion proof system safety: No fragments fly out during detonation. (If a mechanical one is used, glass sheets may fly out)
(5) The explosion-proof system has good stability: due to the use of microcomputers and solenoid valves, it will definitely explode at our set point, and users can test it. Unlike mechanical testing, which cannot be tested, there is also a lot of uncertainty about whether it will open at the explosion-proof point.
