1 equipment introduction
1.1purpose
This device is applied to the semi-automatic winding machine of round or square lithium-ion batteries. By replacing the winding needle components, it can adapt to the winding of round and square batteries separately, including manual pole piece feeding, automatic needle pulling, automatic winding, and then manual adhesive paper pasting and material unloading.
1.2 characteristic
1. Suitable for oil-based electrodes, water-based electrodes, and various separators;
2. The width of the feeding groove (guide plate) can be adjusted, and one side can be adjusted;
3. The winding shaft is driven by a stepper motor to maintain a constant winding speed;
