Usage Introduction
1. The DMH dry heat sterilization oven is suitable for sterilizing penicillin bottles, ampoules, aluminum caps, tools, and glassware in the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries, removing heat sources, and drying and sterilizing solid materials.
DMH dry heat sterilization oven is a generation product developed by our company in recent years. Hundreds of pharmaceutical and food companies in China have passed GMP certification. The control system of this equipment uses imported parts, with sensitive control accuracy and stable operation.
3. The touch screen and PLC operating system adopt Japanese or German (Siemens), and the pressure monitoring inside the box adopts American (Dewey) instruments
Principle and Characteristics:
1. Combining the advantages of foreign manufacturing, carefully designed and developed for domestic and foreign pharmaceutical companies to adopt, in compliance with the new version of GMP, EU certification, and US FDA certification manufacturing requirements.
2. The dry heat sterilization oven adopts PLC control, with manual/automatic functions, touch screen human-machine interface, and dual heating protection function.
3. The maximum design temperature can reach 350 ℃, and the high efficiency can pass the DOP test with a no-load heat distribution of ± 3 ℃, achieving a hundred level state inside the box.
4. The dry heat sterilization oven adopts a fully welded structure with internal polishing, Ra≦0.4, No dead corners, no sharp angles.
5. There are temperature verification interfaces and DOP detection interfaces left on the device.
6. The DMH series products are available for users to choose from, and can also be customized in terms of configuration and size according to user usage, site, production capacity, etc.

Ⅰ. Program startup and process control

The working curve of the drying sterilization program is shown in Figure ①, and the various stages of the process are described as follows:
1. Preparatory stage (point 0 in Figure ①)
1.1 Stage Description
In the preparatory stage, set the sterilization parameters such as sterilization temperature of 250 ℃, sterilization time of 45 minutes, alarm temperature value, and set the dehumidification temperature and time according to the humidity of the material in stages. Then the following conditions must be met in order to start the program.
1) The program is in automatic mode;
2) All other programs are in the "ready" state;
3) Both doors are in the closed position;
4) All temperature sensors are functioning properly;
1.2 Alarm during this stage
If the conditions in 1.1 above are not met, an alarm will be generated and the touch screen will display an alarm message when the program start button is pressed.
1.3 End conditions for this stage
The operator initiates the 'sterilization phase'
2 heating stages (points 0-1 in Figure ①)
2.1 Description of Heating Stage
1) Activate the automatic button;
2) Start the circulating fan;
3) Heating start;
4) The dehumidification valve starts and closes with the increase of temperature;
5) Start the recorder and printer until the end stage;
2.2 Alarm during this stage
Circulating fan protection alarm, over temperature alarm, and pressure alarm inside the box.
2.3 End conditions for this stage
T1 ≤ set value
3 stages of dehumidification (points 0-1 in Figure ①)
3.1 Description of dehumidification stage
1) Start the circulating fan;
2) Heating start;
3) There are 5 stages of dehumidification, and the dehumidification valve automatically opens and closes according to the curing time interval;
4) Recorder and printer startup;
3.2 Alarm during this stage
Circulating fan protection alarm, over temperature alarm, and pressure alarm inside the box.
3.3 End conditions for this stage
T1 ≥ set value
4 sterilization stages (points 1-2 in Figure ①)
4.1 Sterilization Stage Description
1) Start the circulating fan;
2) Heating start;
3) The heating tube automatically opens and closes according to the PID regulation of the temperature control table;
4) Recorder and printer startup;
4.2 Alarm during this stage
Circulating fan protection alarm, over temperature alarm, and pressure alarm inside the box.
4.3 End conditions for this stage
Sterilization time reaches the set value (≥ 45 minutes)
4.4 Annotations
The sterilization temperature is set at 250 ℃. During the sterilization stage, the sterilization temperature is controlled between 250 ℃ and 251 ℃ by relying on the circulating air in the inner chamber.
5 cooling stages (points 2-3 in Figure 1)
5.1 Description of Cooling Stage
1) Start the circulating fan;
2) Heating stopped;
3) Start the cooling fan;
4) Start the dehumidification fan;
5) Start the dehumidification valve;
6) Recorder and printer startup;
5.2 Alarm during this stage
Circulating fan protection alarm, pressure alarm inside the box
5.3 End conditions for this stage
T1≤60℃
End Stage 6 (Points in Figure ① 3-4)
6.1 End Stage Description
1) Start the supplementary fan;
2) Indoor pressure ≥ 20Pa;
3) The recorder and printer have stopped;
4) The printed report should include the following content;
a) Real time printing of production batches;
b) Heating, densification, and cooling processes;
c) Box pressure differential data;
d) FH value;
5) Prompt the program to end running;
The test results are qualified or unqualified;
