-Measurement principle:
The instrument uses colorimetric spectrophotometry for detection. The sample is first added with a digestion reagent and then pumped to a high-temperature digestion unit for high-temperature digestion. The total manganese in the sample is dissolved into divalent manganese ions. The divalent manganese ions of the sample react with formaldehyde oxime in a slightly alkaline solution, forming a brown colored complex at a wavelength of 470nm for spectrophotometric determination. The concentration of the analyzed sample is determined based on the initial color of the sample and the degree of color change after adding a color developer.
