working principle
DKJ and DKZ series electric actuators are terminal control devices for industrial process measurement and control systems. They can convert the system's control signals into angular displacement and linear displacement of the output shaft, control the position of flow blocking components such as valves or other regulating mechanisms, and make the controlled medium work according to the system's specified state.
Electric actuators are divided into proportional and integral control modes according to their control methods. The proportional actuator consists of an electric servo amplifier and an integral actuator. It can compare the control signal of the system with the feedback signal about the output shaft position (closed-loop control) to change the stroke of the output shaft, making it proportional to the output signal. The integral actuator consists of a servo motor, a reducer, and a position transmitter, which can be used in conjunction with an electric operator to remotely operate valves or other regulating mechanisms.
