Working principle

The product is sent to a dedicated energy metering chip after high-precision sampling of the measured AC voltage and current. After a series of digital processing, it is converted into a digital signal proportional to the active power and sent to the microprocessor. The microprocessor accumulates and calculates the digital signal to obtain the total power, and saves the result to the data memory. The microprocessor simultaneously completes the functions of display and communication with the outside world, and its schematic diagram is shown in Figure 1.


FEATURES

1. Adopting advanced application specific integrated circuits and SMT, hot air reflow soldering, and wave soldering processes for design and manufacturing, the quality is reliable.

2. Designed with a wide voltage range, the meter can operate normally from 176V to 264V, improving its adaptability to the working environment.

3. The microprocessor adopts a built-in watchdog design to ensure the reliable and normal operation of the CPU, and multiple backups are used for measurement data. Under severe interference, data remains safe and sound.

4. Fully sealed, dust-proof and waterproof design. The case material has excellent flame retardancy, corrosion resistance and aging resistance.
