Model DC80It is a readily available device installed on the panelDechlorination analyzer. Due to the instability of the current type chlorine sensor when measuring near zero chlorine content, the DC80 analyzer uses a "zero displacement" strategy for measurement. The TC80 total chlorine analyzer is equipped with a chlorine metering pump, which supplies a quantitative amount of chlorine to the outlet of the constant pressure head flow controller. The 'offset' function allows the zero point to be masked by the added chlorine content. Now, the total chlorine content measured by the total chlorine sensor is 3-5ppm, which can provide stable and reliable measurement results. The analyzer will display the concentration of total chlorine in the sample. Calibration is completed through DPD comparison.

The TCA sensor is a three electrode amperometric sensor with a gold cathode, a silver halide anode, and a 304SS counter electrode. The electrode can provide a stable base potential, thereby greatly reducing drift. The TCA sensor has a microporous membrane that allows ions to diffuse in and out of the sensor. Various chlorides in the tested solution will diffuse into the sensor and react with the acidic potassium iodide electrolyte to form iodine. The iodine on the cathode is reduced to iodine, and the current between the cathode and the silver iodide anode is proportional to the total chlorine.

PH sensors can provide pH compensation for samples with pH between 4 and 12, without the need for expensive sample adjustment systems. T80 displays total chlorine and pH values in graphical form, making trend analysis easy.
