DAB50 is a low-cost, low-power, multifunctional data acquisition series that integrates solar charging controllers, wide temperature polymer lithium batteries, mobile transmission, GPS and other components. It can measure interface sensors such as analog, switch, frequency, SDI-12, RS485, DDI, SmartSensor, and read data from MODBUS RTU modules. It also has large capacity data storage and remote transmission functions. The measurement interface of DAB50 includes 12 analog channels, 1 switch channel, 1 frequency channel, 1 SHT1X/SHT3X temperature and humidity sensor digital measurement channel, a maximum of 16 parallel SDI-12 channels, and 3 RS485/RS232/TTL channels. It can read SDI-12 sensor data and use MODBUS module to expand measurement. DAB50 supports 32 measurement variables, each with 6 data items including real-time value, maximum value, minimum value, average value, accumulated value during a certain period, and permanent accumulated value. It is automatically calculated, stored, and sent according to a storage table. DAB50 has 8 sets of power output channels, including 1 set of analog output precision reference voltage source, 1 set of 3.3V switchable power supply, and 6 sets of 12V switchable power supply set through jumper, which can achieve on-demand power supply to sensors. DAB50 has 32M-128M memory, supports 8G Micro SD card, and has automatic historical data backup function. The DAB50 collector has 4G transmission function and can set parameters and obtain measurement data through TCP protocol. The DAB50 collector also has a built-in solar charging controller with MPPT function and a 20Ah polymer lithium battery, effectively reducing system integration costs.
