The DA56 four axis integrated two-dimensional color graphic bending machine CNC system is equipped with Delem two-dimensional graphic programming design tool, which facilitates CNC programming. Using the bending process to specify functions can minimize machine adjustment and testing work. Pressing a button once can generate a CNC program that automatically calculates all axis positions, simulates and displays the actual machine and mold dimensions in real proportion on the screen, and directly carries out production. During the production process, the operator can use the DA-56 to simulate the bending process with graphics and guide the operation accordingly. The basic configuration of the system is the Y1-Y2-X-R axis, and the R axis can also be used as the Z or X2 axis. The workbench deformation compensation function is a standard configuration.
