This component is composed of an overflow valve and an electromagnetic directional valve, used to protect the safety of pumps and systems. By remotely controlling the electromagnetic directional valve with different functions, the oil pump and system can be unloaded or maintained at a set pressure. Combined with the remote relief valve, dual or triple pressure control can be achieved. The maximum working pressure is 25MPa, with three specifications: 03, 06, and 10. Unloading types include: 2B3A, 2B3B, 2B2B, 2B2, 3C2, 3C3 When the unloading types are 2B3A and 2B3B, a buffer valve can be installed between the relief valve and the electromagnetic directional valve. When switching from the set pressure to unloading, the unloading pressure can be slowly reduced to prevent impact on the main circuit. The unloading pressure is the same as that without an anti impact valve. Add "A" before the model to indicate. Low noise electromagnetic control overflow valves can also be provided, indicated by an "S" before the model number. |
