Targeted treatment measures are taken for mixed waste gases such as solvent VOCs and industrial oil mist generated in precision cleaning workshops
1. Pre treatment: The mixed exhaust gas is first treated by a pre-treatment device to perform initial purification on large particle size particles, industrial oil mist, etc. in the exhaust gas, removing gaseous particles from the exhaust gas and preparing for entering the back-end adsorption section.
2. Adsorption purification: The pre treated exhaust gas is mainly composed of VOCs, which enter the high-efficiency adsorption tank and use professional adsorbent passivation technology to achieve efficient and high-volume adsorption of solvent macromolecular organic compounds. The purified gas meets the emission standards.
3. Efficient desorption: After the organic matter in the adsorption tank is saturated, it is desorbed using saturated steam. Under the catalytic action of a customized azeotropic distillation agent, high boiling point solvent VOCs (boiling point about 200 ℃) can achieve efficient desorption at around 100 ℃. The organic solvent enters the rear condensation section together with the water vapor.
4. Condensation recovery: After the solvent and water vapor enter the tubular multi-threaded condensation equipment together, gas-liquid cold and heat exchange is achieved under the action of circulating cooling water. The solvent vapor and water vapor gradually transform into liquid phase and flow into the intelligent separation equipment at the back end.
5. Separation and purification: After the solvent and aqueous solution are mixed into the separation equipment, the water phase and oil phase are separately collected and reused through fine layered purification technology.
6. The adsorption tank that has completed desorption is dehumidified and dried using high-temperature air with gradual airflow, regaining excellent adsorption performance and preparing for the next round of adsorption purification. At this point, the high-efficiency adsorption tank has completed the complete cycle of adsorption desorption.

7. The operating cost of the constant pressure azeotropic condensation system is about 40% of that of traditional combustion processes, the carbon emissions are about 25% of that of combustion processes, and it has the resource recovery benefits of solvents.
