Concrete embedded temperature measurement line
1、 Purpose of concrete temperature measurement line:
The sensor (copper head part) is embedded in the concrete, and the plug is exposed outside the concrete to connect to the concrete thermometer, which can display the internal temperature of the concrete. For the convenience of construction, it is generally recommended to bind it to the steel bar for one-time use.
Specification of concrete temperature measurement line:
0.5m、1m 、1.5m 、2m 、2.5m 、3m 、 3.5m 、4m 、4.5m 、5m, Other specifications can be customized! (0.5-20 meters)
2、 The thermometer should comply with the following specifications:
1. The temperature measurement error of the temperature measuring element should not exceed 0.3 ℃ (in a 25 ℃ environment);
2. Test range: -30~150 ℃;
3、 Regulations on temperature measurement intervals for concrete temperature measurement lines:
The testing of temperature difference, cooling rate, environmental temperature, and temperature strain inside the large volume concrete pouring body should be conducted no less than 4 times per day and night after the concrete pouring; The measurement of mold temperature shall be conducted no less than twice per shift.

4、 Regulations on the Layout of Concrete Temperature Measurement Lines:
The layout of monitoring points inside the large volume concrete pouring body should truly reflect the high temperature inside the concrete pouring body, the temperature difference between the inner and outer surfaces, the cooling rate, and the ambient temperature. They can be arranged in the following ways:
1. The layout range of monitoring points should be based on the half axis of the symmetrical axis of the selected concrete pouring body plan as the testing area, and the monitoring points should be arranged in layers according to the plan within the testing area;
2. The location and number of monitoring points in the testing area can be determined based on the temperature field distribution inside the concrete pouring body and the temperature control requirements;
3. On each testing axis, there should be no less than 4 monitoring points arranged according to the geometric dimensions of the structure;
4. Along the thickness direction of the concrete pouring body, temperature measuring points must be arranged on the outer, bottom, and middle surfaces. Other measuring points should be arranged with a spacing of no more than 600mm between them;
5. The insulation maintenance effect and the number of environmental temperature monitoring points should be determined according to specific needs;
6. The surface temperature of the concrete pouring body should be the temperature within 50mm of the concrete surface;
7. The temperature of the bottom surface of the concrete pouring body should be the temperature at 50mm above the bottom surface of the concrete pouring body.
