- The kettle cover and kettle body are tightly sealed with bolts, and when tightening the bolts, symmetrical force should be applied to ensure that the gasket is evenly stressed.
- The reaction medium can be added by opening the lid of the reactor or through a valve connected to the inside of the reactor body.
- Reaction temperature exceeds250At ℃, the condensate should be turned on to prevent the magnet from demagnetizing due to high temperature.
- When heating, turn on the heating switch on the panel, set the heating temperature on the temperature controller, and the temperature controller will automatically control the heating temperature and keep it at the set temperature. To stop heating, turn off the heating switch or set the control temperature below room temperature.
- The mixing speed can be controlled by adjusting the knob on the speed controller. When adjusting the speed, it must start from zero and gradually increase.
- Air intake pressurization or nitrogen purging should be slowly adjusted through a pressure regulating valve to prevent sudden pressure increases.
- Safety and precautions
- The reactor must have a safe and reliable grounding. To prevent electric shock and injury.
- When the reactor is heated, the pressure will continue to rise. At this time, attention should be paid to the pressure changes at all times, and the maximum operating pressure of the reactor should not be exceeded. When the pressure is high, the valve should be opened in time to release the pressure.
- When heating the reaction kettle, the surface temperature of the kettle body is very high, and it should not be touched by hand to prevent burns.
- The reaction kettle should be cleaned promptly after use to prevent rust and corrosion.
