Composting fermentation turning machine
Organic fertilizer fermentation equipment is used for the industrial fermentation treatment of organic solids such as animal manure, household waste, sludge, and crop straw. It can also be used for feed fermentation. This product is divided into two series: straight fall tower fermentation equipment and trough type flipping fermentation equipment;
The trough fermentation equipment adopts a ground trough structure, which can design a fermentation series of products with one machine and multiple troughs according to the factory structure. It has the characteristics of simple operation, short fermentation cycle, sufficient fermentation, low pollution, and easy expansion.

Quality assurance and after-sales service commitment
The quality assurance period is within 12 months after the project is put into operation or 18 months after the product is delivered.
2. Our company is responsible for the quality of purchased supporting parts and equipment, and conducts strict quality inspections on the purchased parts and equipment. When delivering, we provide the buyer with the product quality certificate and relevant technical documents such as installation and use.
3. Our company guarantees that the equipment provided is brand new, unused, and has undergone strict factory performance testing and quality inspection. It is a modern product with advanced technology and mature reliability. Ensure that the equipment provided meets the quality, specifications, and performance requirements specified in the bidding documents in all aspects. Ensure that the provided equipment is installed correctly and operates reliably under normal operation and maintenance conditions.
4. During the quality assurance period stipulated in the contract, our company shall be responsible for repairing or replacing any damaged, defective or malfunctioning equipment caused by defects in design, manufacturing, materials, or purchased supporting components, free of charge, to meet the requirements specified in the technical conditions. Outside the warranty period, our company has an obligation to provide paid lifelong maintenance for the equipment provided.
