Compensation wire (compensation cable) refers to a pair of insulated wires with the same nominal value of thermoelectric potential as the matched thermocouple within a certain temperature range. They are used to connect the thermocouple to the temperature display control instrument to compensate for the error caused by temperature changes at the connection between them and the thermocouple.
Compensation wires (compensation cables) are suitable for single or multi-point connection of automatic temperature measuring instruments in industries such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, textile, as well as national defense, scientific research and other departments.

Usage characteristics:
Usage temperature: Heat resistance level: -65 ℃~+200 ℃ and -65 ℃~+260 ℃;
Normal level: two types: -40 ℃~+70 ℃ and -40 ℃~+105 ℃;
Minimum bending radius: compensation wire: not less than 8 times the outer diameter of the conductor;
Compensation cable: not less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable when armored, and not less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable when unarmored

Delivery requirements
The delivery length of compensation wires and compensation cables shall not be less than 100 meters, and the allowable length shall not be less than 20 meters for short break delivery. The quantity shall not exceed 10% of the delivery length
According to the agreement between both parties, any length of cable is allowed for delivery
