The maintenance personnel generally adopt the method of directly replacing the collection terminal equipment when solving on-site faults in the electricity information collection system. For the replaced collection terminal devices, power supply companies in various cities and counties do not have relevant testing equipment or other effective means to determine whether there is really a fault. They usually send them back to the equipment manufacturer for testing and repair. Among these returned devices for repair, it was found that many of them were not faulty and there were a large number of cases of accidental disassembly.

The collection terminal detection device is based on the electricity information collection system. By simulating the actual operating environment of the collection terminal, it can quickly and accurately detect whether there is a fault in the collection terminal.

The device can detect Type I/Type II concentrators, specialized transformer terminals, and Type I/Type II collectors.

Product features/main functions

  ·The device is equipped with a wireless barcode scanner, which can directly scan the barcode of the inspected terminal or electricity meter and input it without manual input.

  ·The device adopts an embedded industrial computer to execute detection system software, without the need for additional computer equipment configuration. The display screen adopts touch operation for easy control.

  ·The power input terminal of the detection device is equipped with a high-sensitivity leakage protection device. The operating surfaces and power supply of each terminal adopt fully isolated power supply with multiple protections, which can effectively prevent electric shock and personal injury to operators.

  ·The tested equipment such as Type I/Type II concentrators, specialized transformer terminals, and Type I/Type II collectors all use fast fixtures, which are fast and convenient; The test needle adopts nickel plating process to ensure reliable contact.

  ·The detection process does not require manual intervention, automatically completes the detection process, forms a detection result report, and is easy and convenient to operate.

  ·Support multiple types of collection devices

The detection device supports Type I/Type II concentrators, specialized transformer terminals, and Type I/Type II collectors for collecting electricity information on site.

  ·Multi channel support

The detection device supports the detection of meter reading 485 ports and multiple carrier/micro power channels (such as Xiaocheng, Neusoft, Dingxin, Riscon, Yaya Micro, Youxunda, etc.) of each collection terminal. Carrier supports both broadband and narrowband.

The detection device supports GPRS communication detection for Type I/Type II concentrators and specialized transformer terminals.

  ·Support simulating complex carrier environments on site

The detection device simulates the real on-site environment of power line carrier and supports carrier interference and attenuation detection.

  ·Terminal internal fault detection

The detection device supports detecting the clock of Type I/Type II concentrators, specialized transformer terminals, and Type I collectors, as well as saving parameters in case of power failure, and supports detecting cross sampling functions.
