Step 1: Add the reagent to the sample.

Step 2: Pour in51 hole quantitative disc ® (Counting range from 1 to 200) or 97 well quantitative disc ® (Counting range from 1 to 2419)

Step 3: Seal on the programmable quantitative sealing machine and put it inIncubate in a 35 ± 0.5 ℃ incubator for 24 hours (temperature requirements may vary depending on regulations in other countries).
If fecal (heat-resistant) Escherichia coli is detected, it should be cultured in a 44.5 ± 0.2 ℃ incubator for 24 hours.

Step 4:51 hole quantitative disk - reading result:
Yellow hole=total coliforms/fecal (heat-resistant) Escherichia coli
Yellow/fluorescent hole=Escherichia coli
Count the number of positive wells and refer to the MPN table of the 51 well quantitative disk
