It can detect total coliforms, Escherichia coli fecal (heat-resistant) coliforms, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococcus, Legionella pneumophila and other indicators, and provide quality control. Let you have no worries when developing new methods. At the same time, the test results can also serve as a reference for method expansion and laboratory certification.
Enzyme substrate based coliform detection system
Provide positive and negative bacterial strains for testing the accuracy and reliability of the entire experiment
Enzyme substrate method reagents can be used24-hour simultaneous detection of total coliforms and Escherichia coli or fecal (heat-resistant) coliforms
No need to operate in a sterile room
The standard configuration sheet includes:
lEnzyme substrate method reagent100 of them
l100 JC-51 type 51 hole quantitative discs/100 JC-97 type 97 hole quantitative discs
l100 JC-100 sterile sampling bottles
lQuality control samples (including sterile water)(Optional)
l97 well positive colorimetric disc (optional)
ØQuantitative testing:coordinateUse of 9900Z intelligent programmable quantitative sealing machine
ØPositive result:The yellow color of the sample indicates a positive total coliform or fecal (heat-resistant) coliform, while the yellow color and fluorescence indicate a positive Escherichia coli. No change to negative result
ØTesting steps:
ØQualitative testing
Step 1: Add reagents to the sample and culture it24 hours.
Step 2: Read the result:
colourless=Negative
yellow=Total coliform microbiota
yellow/Fluorescence=Escherichia coli
Øquantitative detection
Step 1: Add the reagent to the sample.
Step 2: Pour in51 hole quantitative disc ® (Counting range from 1 to 200) or 97 well quantitative disc ® (Counting range from 1 to 2419)
Step 3: Seal on the programmable quantitative sealing machine and put it inIncubate in a 35 ± 0.5 ℃ incubator for 24 hours (temperature requirements may vary depending on regulations in other countries).
If fecal (heat-resistant) Escherichia coli is detected, it should be cultured in a 44.5 ± 0.2 ℃ incubator for 24 hours.
Step 4:51 hole quantitative disk - reading result:
Yellow hole=total coliforms/fecal (heat-resistant) Escherichia coli
Yellow/fluorescent hole=Escherichia coli
Count the number of positive wells and refer to the MPN table of the 51 well quantitative disk
Ø97 hole quantitative disk - reading result:
Yellow hole=total coliforms/fecal (heat-resistant) Escherichia coli
Yellow/fluorescent hole=Escherichia coli
Count the number of positive wells and refer to the MPN table of the 97 well quantitative disk
