2、 Security
The manufacturer reminds operators to pay attention to the following points
- All types of instruments must ensure correct power input and be equipped with automatic voltage stabilization protection devices.
- Ensure good grounding for all parts of the instrument
- The pressure of each part of the process manifold should not exceed the design pressure, especially not exceed the range of various detection instruments. Extra caution must be taken when using gas pressurization.
- The valve design of the instrument is manual operation. Please pre design the test process according to the test steps. Any valve operation error may lead to the failure of the entire test.
3、 Installation
All instruments have been installed and tested before leaving the factory. For the convenience of packaging and transportation, the instrument is divided into different parts for packaging. Please carefully refer to the flowchart during installation.
The installation work is completed by the factory's technical personnel, with necessary assistance from the user to further familiarize themselves with the instrument and facilitate future daily maintenance.
4、 Basic operations
The reactor is connected by flange bolts and sealed with graphite gaskets. The nuts are tightened with a wrench to seal the reactor. When tightening nuts, tighten them symmetrically.
Heating method: Electric furnace heating is used. After heating to the set temperature, the temperature controller automatically controls the reactor to maintain a constant temperature.
Pressure measurement: After heating starts, due to the expansion of the medium, the pressure inside the reactor continues to rise, and its value is measured and displayed by the pressure gauge on the reactor.
5、 Maintenance
The plunger pump should be cleaned regularly to prevent blockage of the one-way valve. Please refer to the instruction manual for details.
All parts of the instrument that come into contact with the medium areHC276Hastelloy Steel and316LStainless steel material,It has a certain degree of corrosion resistance, but it is not a one-time solution. The process manifold needs to be cleaned regularly, especially after injecting acid or other highly corrosive liquids, it should be immediately cleaned with clean water. When the process is not in use for a long time, fill the process manifold with oil or blow dry it with high-pressure air to prevent rust and corrosion.
Long term use can cause normal damage to the process seals, affecting their sealing performance. Therefore, it is recommended to regularly conduct pressure tests on the instruments to ensure their integrity.Replace the seal for the leaked part, and for frequent users, the cycle should be3A month is appropriate.
6、 Other instructions
It is required to be aesthetically pleasing and easy to operate and maintain. The electronic control part is a control instrument box, and the pressure display and operation process are integrated into one chassis. The valves and instruments in front of the reactor are installed on the panel, and the rest are installed behind the panel to reduce dead volume. The bracket is fixed with movable wheels.
