Meet the standard
GB 10963-2005 "Electrical Accessories - Circuit Breakers for Overcurrent Protection in Household and Similar Places - Part 1: Circuit Breakers for AC Use" specifies the testing requirements in Article 9.11; It is possible to test two isolation switches of the same model simultaneously. The test bench uses an industrial computer as the controller of the entire machine, and can independently set parameters such as the time interval and running in frequency for the corresponding workstation, as well as analyze and save the results. The system has complete user permission management and data management functions.

1. High voltage switches should be fixed on metal brackets according to regulations, unless the switch is designed to be installed in a separate enclosure, in which case the switch should be installed according to the corresponding requirements;
2. 10 inch touch screen setting for human-machine interface, matched with industrial control computer to perform system operations;
3. The rated current test for high-voltage switches should be conducted with an operating frequency of 12 cycles per hour. In each operating cycle, the high-voltage switch should be kept in the disconnected position for at least 28 seconds
3. The mechanical life test is automatically carried out by the testing personnel after installing and adjusting the samples, with two test samples per test;
4. The electrical life test is set by the testing personnel to start the output after completion;
