1.Soaking, bleaching, and ironingSoak the walnut kernels before peeling to soften the floating skin on the surface, which is beneficial for the next peeling process. The soaking time can be set according to the customer's own processing technology, and the speed of the mesh belt can be infinitely adjusted and automatically controlled. After the walnut kernels are evenly soaked, they will automatically enter the next step of the process;
2.Drum peelingThe use of a circulating water pump and steam heating system can quickly and thoroughly wash away the dirt and floating skin on the surface of walnut kernels. After cleaning, it enters the clean water spray area and then enters the vibrating screen. Most of the water droplets are shaken off by the vibrating screen and then enter the air duct or dryer. After air drying or drying, it enters the next process. The production line can achieve variable frequency speed regulation, automatic temperature control, and efficient water conservation.
3.Bubble cleaningThe principle is acid-base neutralization, which removes residual alkaline substances on the surface of walnut kernels without affecting their taste. Chemical experiments have shown that after thoroughly crushing the walnut kernels produced, an aqueous solution can be extracted,Detected as neutral（PH=7）.
