DXDL-500Q Chain Ship Packaging Machine
1、 Overview:
DXDL-500Q is a pneumatic chain ship packaging machine developed by our company. This equipment adopts PLC control human-machine interface touch screen and imported pneumatic components. The packaging speed is infinitely variable speed motor speed regulation, easy to operate, low noise, and stable performance. It is widely used in the packaging of food, medicine, chemicals, seeds and other industries, such as traditional Chinese medicine, medlar, Prawn cracker, candy, tea, crisps and other bulk, shaped and non sticky loose granular goods. The material is manually weighed and placed in the hopper of the chain ship. The machine automatically completes bag making, sealing, discharging, cutting, cursor tracking, counting, air flushing or exhaust, and monitors the packaging speed, counting and other touch screen displays of the product, with a clear understanding. We can also configure coding equipment according to customer needs, such as ribbon coding machines, ink wheel coding machines, heat transfer coding machines, and inkjet coding machines.
2、 Packaging materials
Paper/polyethylene, glass paper/polyethylene, polyester/polyethylene, BOPP film, tea filter paper and other heat sealable composite packaging materials can be used. The packaging material is roll material, with an outer diameter not exceeding 300mm and a roll skeleton diameter of 75mm If a positioning pattern needs to be printed on the packaging material, a positioning cursor should be printed on the packaging material. The cursor length is 5-8mm and the width is 5mm. The ink on the cursor should be uniform, and there should be a significant contrast between the color and the base paper. The greater the contrast, the more reliable it is. When designing the cursor, there should be no colors, patterns, or text outside the base paper in the scope of the time marker tape to avoid accidental movements. Users should first determine the volume of the packaged item before selecting packaging materials. Determine the width of the packaging material and the distance between the cursor (bag length) based on the volume of the packaging material. Only after determining the bag size can the printing pattern of the packaging material be designed. The thickness of packaging materials is 0.03-0.1mm
