Product details
[Product Introduction]
The organic waste gas from the catalytic combustion equipment in the printing plant needs to first pass through a specially structured ceramic heat storage body under the action of a fan. The gas temperature gradually increases to around 250-300 ℃ and enters the catalyst bed. The organic matter in the waste gas is oxidized into carbon dioxide and water under the action of the catalyst, and the purified high-temperature gas enters the heat storage ceramic body. Most of the heat is absorbed by the thermal storage body (over 98%), and after reaching a temperature close to the inlet, it is discharged through the chimney.

[Product Advantages]
The catalytic combustion equipment in printing factories mainly uses incinerators to burn or oxidize organic waste gas into water and CO2 under the action of catalysts, thereby achieving the effect of waste gas treatment. Chemical combustion equipment, due to the catalytic effect, has a low ignition temperature, saves waste gas treatment and combustion costs, and is safer. It is an ideal method for treating organic pollutants through catalytic reactions (without open flames).
