1、 Product Introduction:

The Carbolite Gero TSR rotary tube furnace series combines the same innovation as the TS split tube furnace series with the equipment required to process large quantities of free flowing materials, such as powders.

The TSR series includes a split tube furnace horizontally mounted on a base and equipped with a friction driven rotating system, with a working tube rotation speed of up to 10 rpm. The frame can be manually tilted to a maximum angle of 6 ° to meet the requirements of the processed material. The work tube can be easily replaced to meet different physical or chemical requirements of the process. The optional built-in gas system enables users to equip TSR rotary tube furnaces to operate in a controlled atmosphere.

The rotational motion of TSR helps to increase the exposed surface area of the sample in the working tube atmosphere, which accelerates reaction time and improves overall yield. The TSR rotary tube furnace is equipped with Ethernet communication function and a programmable controller, which has 24 program segments:

1. Single zone temperature control tube furnace equipped with Cabolet Gallo EPC3016P1 controller

2. Three zone temperature controlled tube furnace equipped with Cabolet Gallo CC-T1 touch screen controller

1) Options:

a. Over temperature protection (to protect valuable samples or for unmanned operations)

b. Provide a range of precision digital controllers, multi-stage programmers, and data loggers with digital communication options

4、 Controllable atmosphere and material movement:

The Carbolite Gero TSR rotary tube furnace can be equipped with gas connections to adapt to controlled atmosphere applications. The gas system is built into the furnace body and the required gas and control method must be specified at the time of ordering. The options include manual flow meters or digital mass flow controllers. TSR can choose different work tubes. Please note that the maximum operating temperature depends on the characteristics of the selected working tube material. In order to accurately control the flow of sample materials into the furnace, TSR comes standard with a 5-liter hopper and vibrating feeder. It also includes a 5-liter collection hopper with a manual discharge valve to safely collect processed materials.
