1、 Product Introduction:
The Kabolette Gallo multifunctional new TSO rotary/oscillating reactor tube furnace series integrates high-quality heating elements and innovative insulation design, achieving first-class performance while maintaining reduced shell temperature and power consumption.
The TSO tube furnace body is divided into two halves and hinged at the rear. The pneumatic shock absorbers at both ends can provide a smooth opening action. The ability to open the furnace allows operators to more easily insert work tubes with sealed flanges, such as reactors, rather than the inconvenience of non open and closed tube furnaces. TSO is specifically designed for processing powdered or granular materials at high temperatures. Install the quartz reaction vessel inside the furnace, and the variable speed drive system will rotate the vessel in the heating zone back and forth by 314 ° to generate oscillatory motion. The optional accessory package provides standard or slotted reaction vessels that can operate in air or controlled atmosphere.

3、 Temperature control and communication:
The TSO rotary tube furnace is equipped with Ethernet communication function and a programmable controller, which has 24 program segments:
1. Single zone temperature control tube furnace equipped with Cabolet Gallo EPC3016P1 controller
2. Three zone temperature controlled tube furnace equipped with Cabolet Gallo CC-T1 touch screen controller
1) Options:
a. Over temperature protection (to protect valuable samples or for unmanned operations); This option is standard on the 1600 ° C model
b. Provide a range of precision digital controllers, multi-stage programmers, and data loggers with digital communication options

1. Controllable atmosphere:
The Kabolette Gallo TSO rotary reactor tube furnace series can be equipped with an inert atmosphere and is suitable for controlled atmosphere applications.
2. Options:
a. Standard or slotted reaction vessel
b. Inert atmosphere kit, capable of operating in a controlled atmosphere
c. The inert gas supply system can use up to 3 types of non reactive gases (which can be manually or automatically controlled)
5、 Installation configuration:
This series of tube furnaces has two standard installation configurations.
1. For heating lengths below 600 millimeters, the furnace body is installed on top of the control cabinet. The furnace body can be easily disassembled and separated
2. For heating lengths above 800 millimeters, the furnace body and control cabinet are always separated
Both configurations include a 2-meter cable (including plugs and sockets) located between the furnace body and the control cabinet. This flexible configuration can easily switch installation methods, such as being fixed on a vertical bracket, mounted on a support frame, or inside a fume hood.
