Carbolite TG Gradient Tube Furnace Series

1、 Product Introduction:

These compact open close tube furnaces are specially designed to provide temperature gradients along the length of the heating zone. The heating element embedded in the insulation material of the furnace body radiates heat freely. Cooperate with the work pipe adapter to enable the same furnace to use various pipe diameters with flexibility.

The furnace body is divided into two halves and connected by hinges. The pneumatic shock absorbers at both ends can provide a smooth opening action. When opening the furnace, it makes it easier for the operator to replace the work pipe or place containers or reactors with flanges at both ends inside the furnace. This is very difficult for non opening and closing tube furnaces.

The TG2 tube furnace includes a 25 mm long thermal barrier between two 200 mm heating zones, while the TG3 includes two 75 mm long thermal barriers between three 150 mm heating zones. Each heating zone has its own temperature controller and thermocouple.

The TG gradient tube furnace is equipped with RS485 communication interface and a Cabolet Gallo EPC3016P1 programmable temperature controller, with 24 segments in each temperature control zone as standard configuration.

5、 Installation configuration:

The TG series gradient tube furnace body is installed on the top of the control cabinet. The furnace body can be easily disassembled and separated.

This configuration includes a 2-meter cable (including plugs and sockets) located between the furnace body and the control cabinet. This flexible configuration can easily switch installation methods, such as being fixed on a vertical bracket, mounted on a bracket, or inside a fume hood.

6、 Attention:

1. The heating time measured using an empty quartz tube and end plug is the time required to be below the maximum temperature of 100 ° C

2. The heating rate when using ceramic working tubes must be limited to 5 ° C/minute

3. Maintaining power is measured at continuous operating temperature

4. When detecting temperature gradients, ceramic fiber end plugs need to be installed

5. The maximum continuous operating temperature is 100 ° C lower than the maximum temperature
