Carbolite GSM professional ashing furnace
1、 Product Introduction:
Some analytical techniques may be affected by alumina or silica dust (Al2O3 and SiO2). To avoid this, the GSM furnace is made of fused silica material. If corrosive gases (such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and hydrochloric acid) are generated during the combustion process of your sample, it is recommended to use a GSM ashing combustion muffle furnace.
In addition, if an air inlet is customized, a closed design can minimize chamber gas leakage to the greatest extent possible.
2、 Standard parameters:
1. Maximum working temperature 1100 ℃
2. PID301 standard controller, single segment program control
3. Fused quartz inner chamber, suitable for analysis of aluminum oxide or silicon dioxide contamination detection results
4. The furnace chamber has good chemical corrosion resistance and can withstand steam such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and hydrochloric acid
5. Furnace door made of ceramic fiber low thermal insulation material
6. Four sided heating (both sides, top, bottom)
3、 Optional accessories:
1. A series of precision digital controllers with digital communication options, multi-stage programmers and data recorders, as well as digital communication interfaces
2. Gas inlet (fused quartz inner chamber has good corrosion resistance)
3. Sample trays and shelves
