1、 Product Introduction:

The Carbolite AZ tube furnace has 8 temperature control zones to achieve the desired temperature throughout the entire heating length.

There are 8 temperature control zones, with thick insulation materials and symmetrically distributed heating elements, resulting in temperature uniformity performance better than ± 5 ° C. Its main advantage is that it has 8 independent temperature control zones, which allows the temperature equalization zone to be extended. In addition, temperature control can be very precise, achieving linear heating, peak or other temperature fields. The typical application of AZ tube furnace is chemical vapor deposition. Chemical vapor deposition requires a temperature gradient, where the material vaporizes at the higher temperature end and cools down at the lower temperature end to deposit on a substrate layer. All temperature control zones are independently controlled and monitored by individual thermocouples.
