Product Introduction

HRS-150X is the latest design of a cantilever semi-automatic digital Rockwell hardness tester by Shanghai Aolong Xingdi Testing Equipment Co., Ltd. It adopts advanced closed-loop sensor control technology to achieve one click completion of the hardness testing process by driving the head (indenter) up and down with a motor. After the hardness testing is completed, the head (indenter) automatically resets, making it convenient to place and remove specimens of the same thickness. The loading system adopts a high-precision force sensor and a central controller to form a closed-loop loop to achieve continuous tracking and control of the force application process throughout the entire process. The depth measurement system adopts high-precision displacement sensors, which can obtain a minimum hardness value resolution of 0.1HR. The stage is fixed and hardness testing is performed by moving the indenter up and down. The fixed test bench can eliminate the coaxiality error caused by the up and down rotation of traditional lead screws, greatly improving the accuracy and repeatability of testing, as well as increasing the stability and efficiency of machine operation.
