Product Introduction
The CWNS type fuel gas hot water boiler is a fast loading horizontal three return fire tube hot water boiler. Adopting a bottom mounted furnace chamber wet back arrangement, high-temperature flue gas sequentially flushes the second and third return smoke pipes, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney from the rear smoke chamber. The hot water boiler is equipped with an imported burner, which adopts advanced technologies such as automatic proportional adjustment of combustion, automatic adjustment of feedwater, program start stop, and automatic operation. It also has automatic protection functions such as water temperature control, overheating, and overpressure shutdown.
The CWNS type fuel gas hot water boiler has the characteristics of compact structure, safety and reliability, easy operation, rapid installation, low pollution, low noise, and high efficiency. It is widely used in enterprises, hotels, hospitals, office buildings, civil buildings and other facilities, as well as in daily life and heating.
Performance advantages
(1) Real time water level monitoring function: equipped with an electronic water level detection device to monitor the boiler water level in real time.
(2) Time setting function: Users can freely combine and set the start and stop time of the boiler according to their needs.
(3) Leakage protection function: When the control system detects a leakage in the electric heating element, it will automatically cut off the power supply.
(4) Water shortage protection: When the boiler is short of water, the burner control circuit should be cut off in a timely manner to prevent dry burning and damage to the burner. At the same time, the controller will issue a water shortage alarm indication.
(5) Abnormal power protection function: The boiler immediately stops running.
(6) Overpressure interlock protection: When the pressure inside the boiler exceeds the user set value, the burner is prohibited from working and an alarm is triggered.
(7) Multiple safety protections such as pressure controller, water level alarm, safety valve, and extremely low water level alarm.
(8) Complete gas valve assembly and protection system: Provides a complete gas valve assembly and accessories including filters, pressure regulators, solenoid valves, etc., ensuring the safety of gas.
(9) The smoke monitoring device can automatically detect the exhaust temperature of the boiler, making it more convenient to grasp the combustion situation of the boiler.
