Product Introduction

The CSK LMG series linear slide rail adopts a design of four columns of steel balls and a 45 degree circular arc contact angle to bear loads, which gives it high rigidity and high load performance. At the same time, it can withstand equal loads in radial, anti radial, and left-right directions. Its automatic centering feature can absorb assembly errors on the installation surface during equipment assembly, and the rolling reflux motion of the steel balls provides low friction resistance, fully meeting the requirements of high-precision, high reliability, and smooth and stable linear motion on precision equipment.

Dustproof design

The sealing and dust prevention system of CSK LMG series linear slide rails includes a double lip end face sealing plate, which can simultaneously prevent the intrusion of foreign objects and the leakage of lubricating oil inside the slider. In addition, the two-stage design of internal and bottom sealing plates provides protection, improving the dust prevention effect of the slider body and further enhancing the overall service life of the product.

Design of Multi directional Oil Injection Holes

The pre designed multi-directional oil injection holes on the slider end cover provide multiple options for the lubrication system during equipment development, achieving lubrication effects and enhancing the product's service life.
