Conventional Coriolis flowmeters are used for measuring higher flow rates. The CR series has successfully applied this technology to very low flow measurement, and integrates PID controllers and batch functions internally to achieve flow control or quantitative feeding.
Performance and principle
The Coriolis mass flowmeter is highly regarded for its measurement accuracy and independence from fluid characteristics. The CR series includes a uniquely shaped single loop sensor that forms part of the oscillation system. When fluid flows through the sensor circuit, the Coriolis force causes a variable phase shift, which is detected by the sensor and transmitted to the DSP processor on the integrated circuit board for computation. The output signal generated by this variable phase shift is strictly proportional to the actual mass flow rate, achieving unparalleled ultra-high performance even under changes in working conditions such as pressure, temperature, density, conductivity, and viscosity.
The CR series simultaneously measures mass flow rate, fluid density, and temperature and outputs them.
The CR series quality flow measurement instruments offer two levels of accuracy: ± 0.25% for liquid measurement or ± 0.5% for gas measurement. Capable of meeting the needs of most customers, it can be applied to various laboratory experiments as well as complex industrial environments.
In order to adapt to complex industrial environments, we also have some models that support IP67 level dust and water resistance, as well as IICT4 intrinsic safety explosion-proof. In addition to standard analog input/output interfaces, it also supports 485/232 interfaces and the communication protocol is the standard Modbus RTU protocol.
