
1、 Overview
The CDZ series ultra-low noise axial flow fan is a replacement product of T35-11. In addition to the characteristics of T35-11 axial flow fan, it reduces the aerodynamic noise of the sound source, stabilizes the airflow, and has been proven through model machine tests to meet the national ultra-low noise level performance indicators of air volume, air pressure, and noise, ranking among the top in the domestic market among similar products.
The CDZ series ultra-low noise axial flow fan is a new type of axial flow fan developed jointly by our company and relevant experts, which is fast, energy-saving, and ultra-low noise.
This fan is developed based on the T35 and T40 series axial flow fans. It has all the characteristics of T35 and T40 series axial fans. By adopting a wide swept forward blade and an unequal pitch structure, the separation of airflow on the blade surface and the formation of airflow vortices are reduced, and the aerodynamic noise of the sound source is minimized. The airflow is stable, achieving the ultra-low noise level specified by the national regulations. The air volume and pressure are higher than the performance of the T35 axial flow fan commonly used in China.
The machine is divided into fourteen machine numbers according to the diameter of the impeller, each with four blades. The blade installation angles are A, B, and C, with an air volume of 845-81200m3/h and a total pressure of 34-462pa. Please refer to the performance table for details.
The BCDZ series ultra-low noise explosion-proof axial flow fan is a ventilation fan developed based on the original CDZ series ultra-low noise axial flow fan, suitable for explosive environments. The fan blades are made of aluminum alloy, and the motor uses YBF explosion-proof motor, both of which can achieve good explosion-proof effect.

The CDZ series ultra-low noise axial flow fans are all made of high-quality steel, and the external structure is divided into three types: pipeline type, fixed type, and rotary type.
3、 Application scope
Widely used for ventilation and air exchange in civil buildings such as industrial and mining enterprises, workshops, warehouses, laboratories, office buildings, sports venues, hotels, and restaurants. It can also be connected in series or parallel between pipelines to increase pressure, flow rate, exhaust and supply. The fan should transport non flammable, non corrosive, and non significantly dusty gases, with a gas temperature not exceeding 60 ° C.
