Product Introduction
The CDLF vertical stainless steel lightweight stamping multi-stage centrifugal pump (hereinafter referred to as the pump) has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, resistance to mild corrosion, compact structure, beautiful appearance, small volume, light weight, easy use and maintenance, and reliable sealing performance.
Product Features
The hydraulic model design of CDLF vertical stainless steel lightweight multi-stage centrifugal pump is advanced, efficient, and energy-saving. The impeller, pump casing, and main accessories inside the water pump are made of stainless steel stamping, with a particularly smooth flow channel. The bearing and shaft are made of hard alloy, which has a super long service life and avoids secondary pollution. The shaft seal adopts wear-resistant mechanical seal, with no leakage. The motor adopts Y2 lead shell, imported bearings, and insulation grade F. The pump runs smoothly, with low noise, reliable overall quality, beautiful appearance, small size, light weight, and easy transportation. It is an ideal green, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving water pump.
The CDLF vertical stainless steel lightweight multi-stage centrifugal pump is a non self-priming vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump equipped with a standard motor. The motor shaft is directly connected to the pump shaft through a coupling at the pump head, and the pressure resistant cylinder and overcurrent components are fixed between the pump head and the inlet and outlet sections by tension rod bolts. The inlet and outlet ports of the pump are on the same straight line at the bottom of the pump; The CDLF vertical stainless steel lightweight multi-stage centrifugal pump is a multifunctional product that can transport various media from tap water to industrial liquids, suitable for different temperature, flow rate, and pressure ranges. The CDLF vertical stainless steel lightweight multi-stage centrifugal pump is suitable for mildly corrosive liquids. This pump can be equipped with an intelligent protector as needed to effectively protect against dry running, phase loss, overload, and other issues.
Product Usage
● Pumping medium: low viscosity, neutral, non flammable and non explosive, liquid without solid particles or fibers, and the liquid cannot cause chemical corrosion to the pump material.

Scope of Application
● Medium temperature: ordinary pumps -15 ℃ to 70 ℃, hot water pumps -70 ℃ to 120 ℃;
● Flow range: 1~110m3/h;
● Medium pH value: 3 to 9;
● Altitude: 1000m
● Work pressure: 30bar;
● Environmental temperature: 40 ℃;
● Small import force: refer to the NPSH curve;
